Reflection
What are the good/strong parts of your portfolio?I think I used contrast and colors well. I learned how to use the aperture and shutter speed to my advantage and I think that helped me to take good pictures.
What are the attributes of your best photo? My best photo is a panoramic shot of Big Blue. Because I had it on the panoramic setting, I had no control over the aperture or shutter speed settings, so the camera did it all for me. The final result was a sunset shot where all the tones were blue, white, and black.
How did you capture spaces by using different levels of focus?I used panoramic shots, different shutter speeds, different aperature settings, and used different focuses where I switched between focusing on the foreground and then on the background, making it then the foreground.
Describe your design process:I partially used my list and partially just took shots. Some of my shots were planned and some weren't. I didn't really have an expectation on how my shots would turn out, but I'm pleased with they way they did.

What could you have done better?I think some of my pictures aren't really landscapes, I feel like I could've captured a wider range of a location than I did in some of my pictures.
What is the main color or color family in your portfolio?I have many water colors with lots of blues and greys, but I also have sunset and flower shots with warm tones as well.
What did you learn from this project that can be applied to other projects in future and to your life in general?I learned that no day and no moment will ever be the same. Every day will be slightly different, every sunrise and every sunset. I learned that each shot will be different from the next and to never take that for granted.
Is this a worthwhile project?Yes, but I think that the amount of pictures for exceeding vs. meets should be changed or the amount of time should be changed. It was extremely difficult for me to get all of the pictures for the A in the amount of time that I had.
